Juliette Gray, was born, and lived in North West London for the first half of her life and now lives in Los Angeles. In addition to a variety of British accents, Juliette is able to offer voice over services in a number of foreign accents including French, Italian, Russian, Irish, Australian, Indian and Cockney and more. Examples of her accent versatility can be found on her accent and dialect demo. Other demos include animation, commercials, narration, books and trailers. Juliette's training has led her to view the voice as a musical instrument, and she incorporates a variety of intonation, timbre and rhythm into her speech, in the way a musician would.
Juliette spent many years following British theatre and was a long time member of a touring improvisation group based in London. Apart from voice acting Juliette's work experience includes fifteen years in the entertainment industry at both Warner Bros. and 20th Century-Fox in Los Angeles in feature film development and marketing, and many years in the travel industry as both an agent and tour guide. Juliette has pursued a number of entrepreneurial ventures, including stock trading; creative marketing; working at Steven Spielberg's Foundation at Universal Studios on the Shoah Audio Visual Project, and is a featured member of the DVD "The Power of Mentorship - The Art of Business."
Juliette's voice teachers include Pat Fraley, Brian Cummings, Bill Holmes, Bob Bergen, Barbara Harris, Marc Cashman, Kat Cressida ,Eliza Schneider, Huck Ligget at the Voicecaster, Denise Woods for voice training and Nancy Wolfson for commercials and most recently Richard Horvitz for advanced animation. Juliette is always doing some further education in the field and is currently undertaking coaching in promo, producing a promo demo shortly, and is also an active member of the Voice Actors network in Los Angeles where professional voice actors receive ongoing training with casting directors working in the field of animation and commercials. In 2011 Juliette plans to study improv again with the Groudlings in Los Angeles.
Juliette has her own home studio using a Sterling Audio large diaphram condenser mic, Tascam US 144 audio interface, Cubase SX 1 software on a Windows Vista laptop and also records at Everything Voice Over, Marc Grau, Bill Holmes and Voice Trax West.
Juliette is a voting member of BAFTA (British Society of Film and Television Arts), a member of Women In Film Los Angeles and the British American Business Council.
